You fall asleep on the beach in the sunshine and disappear on a journey in your mind where you imagine your life flashes past you in different times and places, and “haunted by regrets” as a line returns. This is a song which will mean different things to different people. The end is supposed to be optimistic with the words and the music - and then you wake up…..
I wrote this song a long time ago, and it was meant to go together with the previous song, “Somewhere in Time.” This is a song which I also did a long time ago with the band, Starlit Sea, and you can hear the other version under “More”.
