From the recording See the Lights LP1
You often see the same people who sit in the same places on trains, buses, in cafes etc., and you wonder about them. They become familiar sights, but that is as far as it goes. This is on a commuter train, and a theme is how we isolate ourselves from each other with technology.

Lyrics
I wish I knew what to say. I see you almost every day.
Sitting with your headphones on
Lost in someone else’s song.
Doors close, seat is free.
Have you ever noticed me?
Get off at the next station.
Going in different directions
Always in seat 61.
Hair lit up by the sun.
Every day wanna sit by you.
Seat 62
Could do it for a thousand years.
Protect you from all of your fears
Though I don’t even know your name
Five minutes with you each day.
Feels like hours, and days and longer
Tongue-tied - don’t know what to say.
Wish I could open up.
And be a little stronger
Suspect for you I don’t exist.
Wish I could take the risk
To tell you what you mean to me.
Soul mate in wagon 3
One day you were gone.
Had I done something wrong?
Have to find someone new.
Checking out seat 32
Always in seat 61.
Hair lit up by the sun.
Every day wanna sit by you.
Seat 62
Could do it for a thousand years.
Protect you from all of your fears
Though I don’t even know your name
